Luis is a civil engineer and real estate developer with over eight years of experience in ground-up, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use residential projects. He has led an office-to-residential conversion project in Caracas and the construction of 100+ condominium units, overseeing design, entitlement, and project delivery. As an entrepreneur, he founded and scaled ventures in real estate and retail, combining analytical rigor with hands-on execution. Luis holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana of Caracas and an MS in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Dean has asset managed and underwritten over $2B in real estate across debt and equity, and led $500M+ in multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions and dispositions. His experience spans The Bernstein Companies, JBG Smith, CW Capital, and Ancora Real Estate, where he built financial infrastructure for a vertically integrated platform. Dean specializes in disciplined underwriting, reference-class analytics, and execution-driven operating strategies. He holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Miami University of Ohio and an MS in Real Estate Development from MIT.

An economist and data engineer, Sam has built predictive systems for proptech and private equity firms. His work combines econometrics, data engineering, and machine learning, bringing analytical rigor and creative innovation to Pemdas’ data-informed investment approach. His research drives Pemdas’ RCF engine and Composite Scoring model, translating complex datasets and training agentic AI to produce actionable insights. He holds a BA in Economics and Data Science from Macalester College and an MS in Real Estate Development from MIT.
